The photos of this spot are definitely old. This specific studio needs A fresh coat of paint. But I would be interested to see the others as they had A nice little set up on their floor . Booking was seamless and almost instantaneous, so thank you for that because it was definitely last minute

Let's start off with the initial building number I received did not match the location, needless to say I had difficulty finding the place. It is in a dilapidated seedy part of town and parking is almost non existent. I almost stepped on a dead rat in front of the building. The online pic does not reflect the actual room. The pic has a peach color hue which hides many flaws. Peeling paint from the ceiling & walls, there's also an area where a section of the wallpaper is missing and peeling as well. The black couch in the pic was not in the room. This was for a photo shoot and there was not an area for me to change outfits. I had to undress in front of people I never met before (awkward). I will take blame for that. This was my 1st shoot, I neglected to ask pertinent questions before I booked it. I will say the receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. Almost immediately when I returned home from the shoot I received an email from Peerspace stating I owe an additional $30 for 6' of damaged paper. Apparently the back drop is a roll of paper (not a shade or curtain) the paper doesn't stay down so two items had to be placed on both sides to keep it down. It was approximately 2.5' NOT 6' but I will accommodate them with their request. Lastly leaving the building we (the photographer, make up artist & myself) were greeted with a drug addict leaning for dear life (and Mr. Dead rat was still there).
Thank you, we're on it!
