All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our café seats about 25 people. Standing room can fit about 50 people. The space is immaculately designed with beautiful lighting pendants and sconces on dimmers for a beautiful night affair. The amenities are as follows: -Sound system with in ceiling speakers (Bluetooth receiver) -Projector and ceiling mounted screen -Lights on Dimmers -Bar Layout -Seating for 25; Standing room 50 -Basement for storage -Unisex Restroom -Beautiful interior design -Beautiful Art -Air Conditioning -Plants -Excellent Lighting -Near the following trains/buses: 4, 3, A, C, B46 -Espresso Machine ***Specialty Rates -Cleaning fee is $75 -Price between 7am and 3pm is $175 per hour -Price between 3pm and 8pm is $150 per hour (weekends) -Price between 3pm and 8pm is $125 per hour (weekdays) -Price between 8pm and 12am is $100 per hour *Pricing is negotiable Hourly rate doubles if time is exceeded. 15 min grace period. ***Catering Breakfast Catering $10 per person Lunch Catering $15 per person Rules: Outside catering (To Be Discussed) 2 weeks notice required for any wine/beer sales. Do not use any of our food service equipment during the rental period.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cassandrae was absolutely helpful in booking this space, I live in Atlanta and was able to do this seamlessly and show up the day of and everything be ready. We rented the space for five hours on a Saturday night, it was closed down for just us. It is a very intimate space. We removed tables to make standing room. Cassandrae set up a cash bar with good selections and excellent prices for the guests. The guests could not stop raving about the crustinis and the puffs in addition to the exquisite meat and cheese platter. We were able to decorate and play music. Bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries needed. There really are no complaints. I would recommend this space a million times over. Thank you so much Cassandrae for letting us borrow your space for our intimate roaring 20s birthday party.
