About the Space
Come check out a semi renovated Row House in Remsen Village! Prefect for photo shoots, films and small events and more. Renovated bathroom and bedrooms available. The rest of the house has not been renovated but it is quite charming.
General Rules
All furniture and items must be returned in the same condition it was given. As well, place all furniture in the same place. Otherwise, do not use desk area of the living room. For events bedrooms are off limits.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.
Shari is very nice and responsible. She finished the construction in her house as promised and left us a very clean and organized space to film in.
