1. Please leave the yard in the same condition as you found it. 2. Please do not damage plants and please use the pathways. 3. Please put all trash in the appropriate receptacles. 4. Please respect the space as it is our home and we are sharing it with you. 5. If there is any damage to the space or its furnishings, the cost of repairs or replacement is up to the guest 6. Booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. 7. To attach items to any surfaces, use only appropriate tape/materials. Ask Facilities Manager for specifics. 8. A $200 refundable security deposit is required. 9. All bookings incur a one-time cleaning fee of $300 added to the total. Fee covers cleaning services as well as trash pick-up. 10. No loud music past 10pm. 11. Extended time will be charged at a rate of $600.00/hour. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. VENDOR POLICIES: Any outside vendors such as florists, DJs, musicians, lighting companies, etc. must meet or call your host no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event date to coordinate delivery times, loading areas, set-up locations and pick-up schedule. Deliveries may only be made the day of the event unless otherwise negotiated. DECORATING POLICIES: Anything brought in must be taken out by end of cleanup. Any tape or string used to hang decor must be fully removed ABSOLUTELY NO: Confetti glitter, sparklers, roman candles or fire producing gags or special effects.
