Rent our space for private events or celebrations and more! Space is rented by the hour, including set-up and clean-up time. The rental price includes use of dedicated rental space and restrooms, tables and chairs for up to 25 guests, Wi-Fi usage, coat rack and reasonable trash and recycling removal. Maximum standing/cocktail-style capacity is 50 guests. The renter is responsible for supplying food and beverages for their event, any audio or AV equipment necessary, tablecloths, table settings, decorations and all event planning, coordination and marketing. Spaces must be rented at least two weeks in advance. Uses: - Events - Birthday Parties - Special Celebrations - Anniversaries - Company Parties - Holiday Event - Fundraisers - and more!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Studios are wiped down and disinfected between bookings. Because we regularly hold classes at the BAC for toddlers-adults, we are actively cleaning our space every day. We require our Peerspace Guests to wear masks when outside of our Studio spaces, we also require guests to present proof of vaccination before entering our center. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information on our COVID-related procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
