This space is available to rent Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. After-hours and weekend availability by request. Please see our other listings or inquire about our studio, 5th District Studio, or conference room bookings. - Additional fees may apply for staffing and cleaning for after-hours/weekend events, and for events with more than 20+ guests. - We require a site visit before booking. We are here and happy to help you plan your meetings & events safely: • We ask that you consider hosting shorter sessions with fewer in-person attendees; why not take advantage of Constellations’ video conferencing capabilities to invite guests to join from home or another city? We are happy to walk you through our capabilities. • Chairs can be removed from conference room tables to create more space between attendees. Our other shared spaces can be modified to create buffer zones and physical distance depending on your needs. • Our Molekule air purifier (featuring the North Star Library house band!) will be placed in your meeting room. • Encourage guests to take a break to get outside and explore the neighborhood via our 30-minute walking map; copies are provided throughout the space and can be e-mailed in advance. • Encourage attendees to bring their own water bottles and lunches, or consider boxed lunches, individually wrapped snacks, single-use condiments, disposable utensils plates, cups, and bowls.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
