About the Space
Perfect for photo shoot, video shoot, film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns. This incredible mansion located in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect mix between Old Hollywood and the South of France! Spectacular, elegant and vintage, the mansion has an amazing view, high ceiling, stairways, french furniture and incredible garden. The house has been used for photo shoots and films with: Revolve Refinery 29 Billboard Playboy Levis Strauss Nasty Gal Shein Unique Vintage Prom Girl MTV Starbucks Disney Joyrich Amazon Miss Lola Savage X Fenty Teleflora Minnie Style Brat Musical artists Celebrities... PLEASE NOTE: Only the mid level of the house is included in the basic price (living room, dining room, tea room, balcony, kitchen, black bathroom and outdoors). The house will have Christmas decorations from Nov 25th till January 5th 2023. ADDITIONAL FEES: (add-ons) All bedrooms are additional. $200 to use the lower apartment (with parrot/jungle wallpaper, black and white striped bedroom), upon availability. $190 to use the Jungle Nana bedroom (with banana leaf wallpaper), upon availability. $160 to use the Sweet Flamingo bedroom (with flamingo wallpaper), upon availability. $150 to use the Dreamy Blue bedroom (with blue and white striped wallpaper), upon availability. There is a location manager fee ($25/h) for shoots of 7 people and over. There is an extra fee of $50/h for shoots after 8pm. >>>Film PERMIT required by the city for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with an equipment truck>>PERMIT required for anyone planning on shooting outside or inside or in the front of the house>> It's your responsibility to obtain a city permit! Accessing the space requires going up a few sets of stairs. The fireplace can't be used. For your info the garden is not part of the listing There are 4 lovely chickens, a puppy and a kitten on the property :)

This space has a lot to offer indoor & outdoor looks. Great alternative if you don’t have a Beverly Hills Mansion budget! Love the pink decor & the tall ceilings look great in the pictures!

loved this beautiful, rich space! had some trouble with the natural light. Definitely recommend bringing lights with you! but other than that it was stunning and had great nooks! Urelia is a wonderful, easy-going host.

We had an amazing shoot at this beautiful and stylish home and got a variety of content in rooms that offered unique backdrops. Host (Iliona) was lovely and helpful in preparation and day of production. The rooms and back patio are smaller than in pix so sometimes challenging to work in. Also it's a hillside property so lots of stairs! Nevertheless, we walked away with what we needed and a pleasant shoot experience.
