About the Space

Intro: This coffee shop has approximately 200 square feet with mint color modern style. Also provides ample sunlight through French windows. Indoors included, one reception desk, guest resting area with tables and chairs, bakery display freezer and a full block exterior set. Our standing sets are built in June 2018 includes: courtroom, police station, jails, hospital, vault, classroom, living room, bedroom, casino poker room, kitchen, office and lots more. Most of our sets are pre-set dressed already. We want to save your time and art budget for your project. There is no hiding fees, what you see on the website is what you are going to pay. All standing set price includes: We are located in the city of Maywood, 8 miles from downtown LA. This list is for the coffee shop set only. Every single set got a different price, please message for more details or combined price.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
