Travel lightly—we have all the necessary cords and adapters for your smart devices. Connect your laptop to a projector or monitor, ignite your team with your ideas and share them via our built-in Polycom phones. Our space provides inspirational tools to make your next meet up, deep-dive training, conference, team lunch or brainstorming session a success. Day Delegate Rates Apply to all bookings. Half-Day: $81 per person, Includes Continental Breakfast or Cold Sandwich lunch, coffee & tea, pm or am snack. Full-Day: $115 per person Includes continental breakfast, cold sandwich lunch, coffee & tea, snack.

This was the perfect space for our meeting. We had 20 attendees and they set the room up in pods with 4 seats at each. It didn't feel too big or too small (though could easily accommodate 10 more people) and Amy was awesome to work with. The facility is very nice as well! Would recommend!

Amy and her team were nothing short of phenomenal! We hosted a two-day event at Serendipity Labs and will 100% use the space for any future events. The participants said it was the coolest business event venue they had ever seen! Amy anticipated all of our needs, showed up incredibly early to open the office and help me get set up and her staff supported us by receiving and setting up catering and just generally making sure we were taken care of the entire time!
