Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code allows you to gain entry into the building. The second code allows you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. List of Equipment included: - 1 x Steamer - 1 x Rolling rack - 5 x 10x 12FT Pure Muslin Collapsible Backdrop Chandeliers are not adjustable. They are currently at 6'4, 7'8 and 8'5 height. If you need to adjust the height of the chandeliers, it's possible for an extra fee and if you let me know a couple of days in advance. If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Penalty Fee $200 -No standing on the furniture/bedlinen with shoes on. Fee $100 -No tape of any kind on the walls. -Don’t lose the Bathroom Fob/Fob for the Freight Elevator.
