Located in the heart of Williamsburg, and tucked away in a private, European-style courtyard, Casa Bklyn is a one-of-a-kind loft, running 750 sq ft and boasting 20 ft ceilings with a massive skylight overhead. Due to our proximity to the WB bridge, you can make out the sound of the train. This has only been a concern for 1 out of 150+ productions. Feel free to come check the space ahead of tour booking to confirm it works for your team. Our loft is both our home and in a residential building, so the courtyard is not available for your shooting and/or crew’s storage. It is a shared space. The loft was designed as the home and music studio to a musician and visual artist couple and has a strong artistic feel to it, which gives it a unique and intimate appeal when searching for the perfect space for your next project or gathering. Casa Bklyn is filled to the brim with beautiful plants, and furnished in a mid-century modern aesthetic. This artistic getaway is very well-suited for a wide variety of uses thanks to the large amount of space and flexible design - productions, off-sites, events and beyond. The arrangement is versatile, leaving room for your event to look any which way you would like (beautifully furnished, or minimally set up to fit your needs and/or additional equipment, furnishings, etc.). So, what are you waiting for? - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Nice space, accurately described. Good communication from hosts and on-site presence. Space is designed to accommodate no more than 15 people, in and out activity and outside activity needs to be kept to a minimum. This posed a challenge for our filming needs but the hosts were accommodating as much as possible and helped us complete a great shoot.
