This 1600+ sq ft kitchen space is a great choice for a variety of activities such as rehearsals, dancing, artistic workshops, and more. The kitchen features wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern concrete floors. It is a spacious and open area that allows for easy movement and functionality. The space also provides access to an outdoor deck with a picnic table, overlooking a branch of the Trinity River. Whether it's for a private event or a team building activity, this kitchen is an ideal setting for any occasion. Space Details: - Includes (10) chairs + (2) tables - Bluetooth Speakers - Outdoor Area - Projector Parking Our Main building has limited parking spaces available. For reservations over 80 guests, we require organizers to hire a valet or two parking lot attendants throughout the event (which we can assist with) and/or ask guests to carpool or Uber/Lyft. THE USE OF AMPLIFIED MUSIC REQUIRES RENTAL OF BOTH WAREHOUSE AND KITCHEN. AMPLIFICATION EQUIPMENT AND STAGE ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Host was very responsive. Worked with Joshua and he did a great job getting us setup and squared away. Space appeared as advertised and the event went well. Only issue we had was regarding communication of clean up responsibility after event. Overall, would use space again.

Very very very pleasant experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, booking process was simple, and the venue itself was very beautiful and clean. Only giving 5 stars because that’s the most it allows but it’s most definitely 10 stars.
