About the Space
Our home is a lovely 1935 Spanish style with an updated backyard and kitchen with beautiful architectural details throughout. The living room and family room are our largest rooms and the primary bedroom and kids room are lend themselves to more intimate shoots. The entire house gets great light since it faces south. We have decorated and furnished the house with eclectic decor and we can be swapped out as needed. There is a spacious backyard and our driveway connects to it for easy equipment access. Our street is always pretty quiet and there is plenty of parking.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is stunning! The lighting was beautiful, interior and exterior design is gorgeous, and there is easy accessibility to and from the property. We were lucky enough to host our wedding here and have people come from all over the world. Joanna and her family are super genuine and kind people! They were super flexible with our schedules and we are so grateful to be able to work with them. I would definitely recommend the space to all. Many of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the space was. Aside from adding florals and lights in the backyard, we hardly had to decorate since the space was already perfect. Thank you!!

Run dont walk to shoot here! OMG the pictures dont do this little treasure justice. The lighting is perfect. the house is wonderfully decorated and there were so many perfectly lit places to shoot for the whole time we were there! As someone who uses peerspace for their shoots every month, I rarely clammer to leave a review, but as I'm editing these images I'm just so happy with them that I left my review early!
