Please read everything including the rules before booking We are a large creative studio with multiple standing sets and thousands of props, perfect for your creative productions or event needs. We guarantee this will be the most exotic and interesting place you’ll ever find and we promise to leave a great impression for all your guests. Our studio is broken up into 2 buildings and a backlot (maps can be located under our listing photos for an overall reference of the space, not to scale) Events will be held in Building A and is the perfect setting for: Corporate Events Birthday Events Nightmarket/ Popup Events Holiday Events Cosplay Events Alternative Events Live Musical Performances Fashion Shows Red Carpets and Premieres Filming will either be in Building A or Building B, please refer to the map when making your booking. We allow filming crews to use multiple sets in one booking based on the building you selected at no additional cost. Both buildings/ all sets can be booked for an additional hourly fee and is based on availability of the sets. When making your booking please let us know which set/sets you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note for certain setups such as our Christmas wonderland or Church set they require additional time for setup and will require and additional fee, please mention your interest in these sets prior to booking to check on availability. About Building A: Building A is our most versatile space with spaces for broadcasting, live streaming, and an interview section, DJ Stage, multiple unique sets and backdrops sure to catch your guests eye like the original Larry King Live set, Area 50 Bar, retro 50’s dinner, Arcade Set, Blockbuster set, and much more. Furniture and some props can be moved around or covered and with lots of additional space our venue offers a lot a lot of flexibility to fit your needs.
 Amenities: We provide High-speed Wifi, smart TVs, and projector screen ( currently no projector) preset house lighting, additional folding tables, photography lights, extension cords, props and much more at no additional charge and based upon availability. Accessibility and Entrances: Wheel chair accessible Front door entry 2 Large roll up doors now with ramp entrance and one with stair entry Please note that some areas are restricted or only available upon request such as the Karaoke/poker room and staff areas. Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms located in Building A near the Bar. One bathroom remains locked unless there are over 30 guests. Bathrooms are restocked and cleaned after each booking but should you need something during your booking please let the on-site manager know and they will be happy to assist you. AC/Heating: We are a very large warehouse space which means depending on the weather it may be very hot or very cold inside the building. We do provide AC for the hotter months and will have it on prior to your booking, should it still be to hot we also have additional fans and a swamp cooler available on request. For the colder months unfortunately we do not have central heating but have a few smaller space heaters and 2 large indoor event heaters that are available for use, the event heaters require propane and must be provided by you if you would like to use them. Please keep weather in mind when you make your booking, we recommend bringing your own cool or hot refreshments to help keep you hydrated and comfortable. Fridges/Freezer: We have two fridges and one freezer located behind the bar that can be used during your booking. Sink: We have one small sink located next to the bar, all liquids and remaining ice should be poured down this sink and not into the trashcans. Microwave: Available upon request only Sound and Lighting: Djs will need to provide their own speakers and sound equipment. We provide some basic colored house lighting and some photography lights additional lighting will need to be brought in. Cleaning: Cleaning- All surfaces will be wiped down and bathrooms restocked prior to your booking. Throughout your booking one of our staff members will empty trashcans, restock bathrooms and handle general cleanup before and after your event/production. Please be sure to throw all empty cups and trash into provided trashcans and try to put liquids into sink first. Should you need additional cleaning or bathroom supplies during your booking please let us know and will be happy to provide you with it. Cleaning fee- Our cleaning fees are based on the amount of attendees and is included in your booking, additional charges will be insured for any excessive messes. Extra Fees: Altering Sets Fee: $250.00 includes: -Damage to sets or furniture -Damage or missing props/costumes -Damage to lights or equipment -Any permanent changes made to sets or our props Throw-up/ Pee Fee: You will be charged $100 per incident of someone throwing up or peeing outside of the toilet, not only will you be charged per incident but each person caught throwing up or being outside of the toilet will be asked to leave the property and not return. Our space is very versatile, unique, and you’re sure to find something new every time. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
