Mid Century Dream, the perfect bright sunny location for your next shoot. Very popular for brands shooting commercials and photoshoots. The space is a stunning mid-century minimalist 3 bed 3 bath pool/spa mini-estate south of downtown Palm Springs near Ace Hotel in the low wind area of Palm Springs. This classic 1,800 SF Mid-Century Modern Classic Palm Springs Home is available for filming, photo shoots and small social events. *We're in the entertainment industry and so we better understand your needs for shooting Film, T.V. or Photoshoots, just ask if you have any questions. Incredibly private space w/stunning views of the mountains from most rooms in the house, clean lines, an open concept floor plan and spectacular sliding doors that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. 1/3 of an acre lot, mature landscaping an oversized saltwater poolwith lots of natural light with sunshine most of the days of the year. The street is a double-wide street with no-restrictions on parking and plenty of parking space. Please note the interior and exterior of the home is available for filming. You will be able to use all areas shown in the pictures above. RATES - $300/hour with a 4 hour minimum, no exceptions. Half day = 4 hours. Full day =8+ hours. *$300 damage deposit required in form of a check upon arrival to be held. You will be given check back post shoot assuming no issues or damage. Requires minimum $1M insurance coverage including waiver of subrogation for owner to be delivered before shoot date & approved by owner. ACCESS:   Owners & or location manager may-be onsite, depending on dates & what the shoot / event needs  are. *Crew will have access to the main house & the surrounding pool & grass and garden area. PARKING: There is plenty of available parking on our driveway and our side of the street. DEPOSIT: - $300 Deposit check needs to be given to owner and cleared before the shoot (minimum 3 days before.) Can be submitted (and preferred) via PayPal or Venmo. Assuming all will go well and there are no damages then owner will return deposit in full at the end of the shoot from original form of payment. If rules listed below are broken / instructions not followed, production agrees to forfeit security deposit in its entirety. DAY OF PROCEDURES:   -*Management will be in touch shortly before production begins. START /END TIMES: Are when production steps on the property and property completely vacated, door closed and equipment off the entire property is when time starts & ends officially. POST FILM SHOOT: Guests must vacate at the end of their booking period. Please check all doors & windows to make sure they are completely closed, and all completely locked. Setup, breakdown & cleanup is counted as part of rental period. BASIC RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Minimum 4 hour rental. No Smoking anywhere on the property. (Inside or Outside) Please be aware if there's smell of smoke you'll be charged an additional fee of $500. Absolutely no ASH or cigarettes outside. No animals on the property  unless previously agreed upon. No removing of anything off the property. No loud projected audio or music allowed anytime outside. At 8p.m., production needs to be inside only and or wrapping up. *The production company should provide everything the shoot needs including cutlery, paper towels, cups, plates, trash bags and other production supplies. SPILLS: All spills must be cleaned up immediately. Any stains/ spills/ damage arising from the production will be the responsibility of the production company to repair and/ or clean. If equipment is used inside the home, there must be a mat or rug put underneath to avoid scraping floor. FURNITURE: Furniture is not to be moved unless pre-approved with owner. If agreed upon by owner and furniture is moved, it must be moved back to exactly where it was once scene is complete. KITCHEN: *Use of cutlery, dishware is not permitted. Production must bring own utensils and plates. PARKING: There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. For more parking there is plenty of street parking. INSURANCE: The following must be obtained. Production company will obtain a General Liability Insurance showing our name and the property address, as additionally insured certificate holder (contact us for more details.) The General Liability policy must provide the following minimum coverage: (Liability Policy limits for- Personal & ADV Injury- $1,000,000 Damage to rented premises each occur-$1,000,000 Medical Expense $5000 each occur. General Aggregate- $2,000,000 Products-Comp/Op, Agg- $1,000,000 Waiver of Subrogation (VERY IMPORTANT) certificate to be mailed at least 2 days before shoot. - We cannot host you without insurance.
