We've been the background for everything from Sex and the City to photo shoots for Town & Country. Daddy Yankee was interviewed and photographed here by the New York Post, Nicki Minaj was interviewed by Joe Budden in our beautiful Bedouin Lounge, and Cindy Lauper filmed a PSA in the Salon Rouge. If you're looking for an ambiance-filled backdrop, our plush and red lit lounges with exotic lamps and velvet draperies provide a unique option. There's also a small, secluded garden with benches, brick walls and trees should an outdoor space be desired. We have two floors, each of which has a separate sound system, and a small stage with microphone and lighting, projector and screen, is located at the top bar. There is no kitchen, but you're welcome to bring in outside catering. The Peerspace pricing structure doesn't give options for variables, so please understand that the $100 per hour rate is for shoots with 10 or fewer people, where nothing needs to be moved and there are no complicating props. It can range up to $300 per hour, depending on the parameters you request. When you start and finish, how many cast and crew there are, how much space you need and whether you need to move furniture all factor into the final cost. Things that might leave behind a scent or mess (food/hookah/smoke machine), may also impact the final rate. For most shoots we will need to bring in a manager to open and supervise, and there's an additional charge that will range from $50 to $250. Should there be more than 15 cast and crew, or should the shoot go longer than five hours, that amount will go up. Please call for further details. We require insurance coverage for the day. If insurance isn't available we'll need a $500 deposit at the start of the shoot, which will be reimbursed at the end upon a final site inspection. IMPORTANT! Space is empty in between shoots. Space is thoroughly cleaned before and after shoots. There is always at least 72 hours between shoots.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
