Our 1300 square feet studio is conveniently located just off from US 90/94 with easy street parking and just a 5-minute walk from the Irving Park Blue Line stop. Our space features: -13-foot ceilings -Beautiful kitchen with oversized subway tiles, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. -12-foot dining table mounted on casters, with 10 blue dining chairs included. -Ample natural light (huge, north and east facing windows, equipped with privacy shades) -Lounge area -Flexible floor plan -Big screen TV mounted on a moveable stand (upon request) -Bluetooth speaker to link straight up to your playlist -Spacious, single bathroom -Street-level access All furniture can be arranged to your preference! **Please include all required set-up and tear-down time in your booking request!** Enhance your event! In accordance with guidelines from the CDC, the space is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. THERE IS $150 ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE FOR THE USE OF CONFETTI IN OUR STUDIO, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
