This bright and open studio is perfect for off-premise work meetings and team-building functions. Our 1200 square feet studio is conveniently located just off from US 90/94 with easy street parking and just a 5-minute walk from the Irving Park Blue Line stop. Our space features: -13-foot ceilings -Ample natural light (huge, north and east facing windows) -Beautiful kitchen decked out with oversized subway tiles, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. -12-foot dining table mounted on casters, with seating for up to 14 people -Spacious, single bathroom. Other features include -Lounge area -Big screen SmartTV mounted on a moveable stand -Bluetooth speaker to link straight up to your playlist -Surge protected power strip and charging cables -Street-level access All furniture is able to be arranged to your preference! In accordance with guidelines from the CDC, the space is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. THERE IS $150 ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE FOR THE USE OF CONFETTI IN OUR STUDIO, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
