-DTLA -The Shed is a private, gated, event-space with parking for 30 cars with a stand-alone 2600 sq. ft. warehouse accommodating up to 200 people. Two mega sized, custom painted Instagram- ready, roll-up doors offers open street-views, Covid compliant safety and easy load- in access. Keep them closed for a more intimate and private feel. - The Shed indoor space can be used as a venue for filming, comedy, commercial production, dance and art shows, weddings, receptions, birthdays and anniversary celebrations. Totally adaptable to your needs. Bring in your own catering and design your personal fantasy decor or use our accessories, including chairs, tables, furniture, lighting, floor pillows/blankets, banquettes and stools, all available for your special event, included in rate. -The Shed outdoor space can accommodate 50+ vendors for food, cannabis, craft fair, or community event. The 19,000 sq. ft. lot can be used to host a 600+ guest outdoor event, and/or combine it with the warehouse (as VIP room, green room, warmup, commissary, or food/drink/vendor storage.) Parking fits 30 cars unstacked, 60, stacked. -The Shed is on one of the most vibrant and trendy streets in DTLA, located next to Kaviar, Resident and Urth Cafe. We're two blocks to Girl and the Goat and walking distance to all of the DTLA scene. Come and join us for a night in LA's amazing Arts District.

Health and Safety Measures

The space will be neat and clean upon entry. Guests are required to return the space to the entry positions, clean spills and liquids, pick-up lot, dispose refuse, and broom clean the indoor space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
