The space is a multi-functional media facility. It's main "look" is a recording studio. We shoot music videos inside and outside. There's a private courtyard full of art by well known street artists (where you can also park). There's a rooftop that only our company has access to with a view of the NYC skyline that is often utilized in video and photo shoots. The studio looks like a treehouse/clubhouse. There's a ladder to a loft that goes outside. It's extremely home-y. The location is easy to get to (F, G, R subway lines are two blocks away. The area is super safe consisting mostly of families with kids and dogs. We've fit a film crew of 4 plus a 6 piece band comfortably. Courtyard has held 200 people during events. We offer recordings, photo shoots, music videos, publicity campaigns (not music and brands), social media consulting, marketing and branding. Prices may vary.
