Professionally built recording studio featuring a large control room (315 sq ft) and 4 tracking rooms: 200 sq ft main room 150 sq ft piano room with grand piano 80 sq ft drum booth 25 sq ft iso booth The studio features a 44-input analog console, classic outboard gear, vintage mics, and instruments. Available for recording, mixing, mastering, live performances, photo/video shoots, auditions. Amenities include: Restroom including shower. A separate lounge is available, as well as outdoor space. Parking onsite for 4 cars, with plenty of unrestricted street parking available. Many restaurants nearby.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
