Our beautiful Financial District facility is 30,000 square feet of modern equipment and provides personal training, group fitness classes, physical therapy and spa services. This space is perfect for all types of group classes or space rentals including tables and chairs! We offer 600 square feet of studio space. Additionally we have tons of equipment available to use for any type of classes. We are located in the heart of Financial District. We have 3 different studios

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We needed a space to do a final walkthrough for a show that we had at a venue nearby. The space was perfect. Irina responded on time, with very clear information.The place was beautiful, super clean and had a sound system that we used to patch our tracks. All other personnel at the facility were great and very helpful. I will definitely book again if I need space in the area.
