There are many rooms that can be shot in including a: -Living area -Dining Room -Library -Music Room -Restroom -Bedrooms -Staircase -Fireplace -Natural Light Some Amenities/features that can be used for props: -Couches -Piano -Fireplace -Tables -Chairs Please note, the large overmantel mirrors and art pieces are permanently affixed so cannot be easily moved. The same holds true for extremely heavy furniture, such as the piano, buffet, or affixed side tables. The movement of other furniture is possible and can be discussed/confirmed before booking. For long term bookings, (a week+) the removal/storage of larger pieces would be considered. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
