About the Space

Newly renovated mid century modern ideal for photo stills, photoshoots, interviews, video shoots. Features an open plan with a staircase, living room, dining room, cool bathrooms, kitchen and high ceilings. Plenty of parking available. The house also has European branded furniture Poliform, Roche Bobois, Ligne Rose. Our 4,000 sq ft space is located in the Trousdale Estate neighborhood of Beverly Hills. Features: - Full Equipped Italian Kitchen with Miele Appliances - Dimmable lighting - Large floor-to-ceiling windows -Outdoor wrap around deck with Views - A changing area with full-length mirrors - Heating and Cooling -Natural Light -Built in Indoor Sonos -Beautiful Electric Fire Place. There are three restrooms 2 on one floor and another on a second floor. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
