About the Space
This space is perfect for spin classes. We offer 400 square feet of studio space with 16 bikes. Additionally we have tons of fitness equipment. We are located in the heart of Financial District. Room also has audio and big screen available. Our studio can hold up to 17 people. Conveniently located near the 1,2,4,5,R and J trains!

General Rules
Insurance and certifications need to be valid. This is an active working space so hosts and their attendees are asked to be exceptionally respectful of our Members. We require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for all bookings in order to accommodate our Members. It is also strictly prohibited to enter any of our Member offices or management spaces. We can provide cleaning of the space after the event, but kindly ask that hosts assist in minimizing post-event mess. House rules are as follows: Members have 30 minutes after class to use the locker room. Showers, lockers and towels are provided complimentary! No Smoking, Outside Food, Pets, Alcohol, Glass Bottles.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
