About the Space
Located in Manhattan Beach, This modern building and meeting space is perfect for any traveling business person, small meetup group, or special seminar session. Minutes from LAX and even closer to the beach, which is just down the street from the office. On-site there is a FREE parking lot and plenty of free parking on the street. A metro station is nearby and a bus stop is right at the corner. This is a wonderful, open, and sound-treated conference room that seats up to 10 guests and has a small snack area with water. 100mb WiFi is included, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables and adaptors to project from your laptop to the 70" high def flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***We are open 7 days (subject to availability) from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, including Holidays. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space is amazing and perfect for doing a small workshop. It has plenty of natural lighting, the WIFI is very strong and we had no issues with it at all. James is great and provides excellent service and answers all of your questions. They even had a small complimentary snack bar and there is enough parking for your guest. Don’t waste any time thinking about it. If this place is free then book it.

James was super responsive. I held a planning meeting in this space with 4 people and moved the desks to create am open square. You can fit 6 people max in a square. James met me to let me in to the training room and showed me the codes and amenities.

This place has all you need for a meeting. Great location. Easy and free parking. McDonalds next door for easy quick food. TV, whiteboard, snacks, water, coffee. Awesome host
