PARKING There are many parking lots around. They are independently operated and rates vary from $5-$15 for the day. Generally lots are open 7am to 6pm. There are also meters on the streets, please make sure to pay them as the City checks and they constantly issue parking tickets. Meters are free after 6pm. LIGHT The studio is bright and it has track lighting. The windows are north-west facing and they open for fresh air and cool shots. During the morning, the studio has diffused light as the sun is behind the building. During the afternoon, the studio has soft light and harsh sunlight coming through all the windows. WINDOWS The floor to ceiling windows are all located on one side of the building. The curtains are sheer see through white. There are two parallel rods on each side. Curtains can easily be removed or changed with the ladder on site. FLOOR PLAN Please download at www.skylinepenthouse.com/grand. SOUND The space is not sound proof, but it is fairly quiet. Many clients have shot interviews and documentaries using the many variety of sofas available in this location.

Stairs, Elevator, Freight Elevator

ACCESS The building entry is through the main street. The passenger elevator is bypassing the lobby, and the freight elevator is by walking all the way to the end bypassing the staircase. The studio is accessed with a 4-digit code that will be provided upon booking the space. The code will only work from the start time of the booking until the end time of the booked time. FREIGHT ELEVATOR The freight elevator is accessible during client’s booked time. Please note the freight elevator is a small elevator smaller than a usual standard size, so usually large items are brought up via the staircase as the studio is on the second floor, and it is just one flight of stairs.

POWER Electricity is all included. This building is from the 1920s. A few of the original power outlets no longer work (usually columns or window walls), so please just replug what you need in another power outlet (usually walls) as the new ones are in perfect working condition. Each outlet has fluctuating 15 to 20amps (regular household outlets), no phase 2 power. Large productions are welcome to bring in generators. CIRCUIT BREAKER Located inside the unit, accessible to all clients, please only use it when a power outlet was overloaded and the power outlet is no longer working because it needs to be reset. If you need help with this, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will walk you through the process. Please do not use the circuit breaker to turn on/off things or equipment/fuses can burn.

SCOUT Clients are welcome to come scout and check it out once out of courtesy pending our schedule availability, usually early in the morning or at the very end of the day. BOOKING TIME From the first person in to the last person out. Please be respectful of the time of your booking as we have to be very strict with time to honor everyone’s booked times. OVERTIME The studio can get very busy so we ask clients to book as accurately as they can at the time of booking. If overtime is needed, please let us know, we will try to accommodate as best we can. If we can’t it’s because we are back to back. BUSINESS HOURS Advertised rates are for Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, Sundays 10am-6pm. Other hours are more expensive as personnel has to be on standby just for your production. PROHIBITIONS -No loud music (we have neighbors we have to be considerate of) -No smoking/vaping -No drugs or illegal activities -No covering Fire Sprinkler System -No roof access -Building hallways must be clear, they can’t be used as storage space RESTRICTIONS -No drilling/painting the walls/ceiling/floors -No fog machine/hazers/similar equipment (unless approved by personnel as your equipment won’t trigger the fire alarms/sensors) -No difficult items to clean (feathers, glitters, confetti, sand, wedding rice, flour, paint, aerosol sprays, etc) -No pets -No candles/open flames -No alcohol These may be approved on a case by case basis, they may be arranged for additional fee, and may require refundable damage deposit. DAMAGES Clients are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as prior to commencement. Broken or damaged items will be charged to clients. Please be careful with everything but if accidents happen, please just let us know. INJURIES We are not liable for injuries. RESTROOM Women and men’s restrooms are located outside in the hallway. Please take keys from within the studio to access them. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS Subject to platform’s policy.

AMENITIES Everything is included for no additional charge out of courtesy. Clients are welcome to use everything in the studio, move it, and style it as necessary. We just ask that everything from the studio be put back to place in return at the end of the booking. Please feel free to bring any other additional props you would like to make your perfect shots.
