There is a small dark entry room all painted black, and the entire studio space is private for clients to use. AMENITIES Clients are welcome to use everything in the studio, move it, and style it as necessary. We ask that everything from the studio be reset at the end of the booking. This is a safe area to walk that is full of businesses and people walking during the day. Nestled in the same area as many mainstream designer showroom brands. LOAD IN-LOAD OUT Feel free to come in 15 minutes earlier to load in to the building so you can access the studio on time. Please note that if you are coming at the first hour of the day or staying until the last hour of the night, we can’t extend this courtesy as the building is not open yet, or personnel needs to stay at the end until everyone leaves the building to lock it down. SET UP & CLEAN UP Please remember that this time needs to be accounted for within your booking time. RESTROOMS 2 restrooms located outside in the hallway. Keys are provided in the studio to access them.
