Beautiful Studio with Floor-to-Ceiling Windows in a Historical Building - This multipurpose natural light studio produces stunning work product with plenty of amenities included. STUDIO SPECS This studio is a 1,200 sq. ft. space, with west-facing windows, white walls, concrete floors, and 13-foot high ceilings. There is a small dark entry room all painted black, and the entire studio space is private for clients to use. AMENITIES Clients are welcome to use everything in the studio, move it, and style it as necessary. We ask that everything from the studio be reset at the end of the booking. Please feel free to bring any additional props you would like to make your perfect shots. This is a safe area to walk that is full of businesses and people walking during the day. Nestled in the same area as many mainstream designer showroom brands. LOAD IN-LOAD OUT Feel free to come in 15 minutes earlier to load in to the building so you can access the studio on time. Please note that if you are coming at the first hour of the day or staying until the last hour of the night, we can’t extend this courtesy as the building is not open yet, or personnel needs to stay at the end until everyone leaves the building to lock it down. SET UP & CLEAN UP Please remember that this time needs to be accounted for within your booking time. RESTROOMS 2 restrooms located outside in the hallway. Keys are provided in the studio to access them. BOOKING REQUEST When you are ready to book, please send us a booking request, just briefly let us know what you are planning, so we can go ahead and accept it. Thereafter we will go ahead and send you a little more specific instructions on how to access the building and how to get around in the studio.

Cleaning Checklist Sweep floors, empty trash bins, wipe tables, disinfect high touch surfaces, tidy up studio/furniture, straighten pillows/blankets/props, clean mirrors, wipe down kitchen amenities if any, clean restrooms when inside suite.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
