Located in the Fashion District on the 2nd floor of a 1920s commercial building between 8th and 9th streets. This is a safe area to walk, full of businesses and people walking during the day. Nestled in the same area as many mainstream designer showroom brands. High ceilings (13 ft), and plenty of natural light come in from 12 ft floor-to-ceiling windows, making it feel open and spacious. WiFi is available! Thoughtful extras include air-conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, and Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth speaker. A projector and 100” screen are available to rent so the space can be used as a presentation room, seminar location, or business meeting space. There are various restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, such as Sonoratown, Broken Mouth, Holy Basil DTLA, Anwar’s Kitchen, Paris Baguette, Civil Coffee DTLA, Basil & Cheese Cafe, and more. Due 14 days before the booking. Held to cover overtime, or damages to the space or included amenities. Charges will be processed and deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded back. DAY PRIOR/AFTER DISCOUNTS For events that require the day prior or after for set up / teardown, the space can be reserved at a discount, subject to availability. CATERING BYO catering is allowed. Catering companies can bring food ready to serve, prep in the studio, and keep it warm in chafers. Cooking not allowed in the studio due to fire restrictions from the City of LA. RESTROOMS 2 single restrooms available just down the hallway. Keys available in the studio. AIR CONDITIONING Mini-split unit can cool and heat.

Cleaning Checklist Sweep floors, empty trash bins, wipe tables, disinfect high touch surfaces, tidy up studio/furniture, straighten pillows/blankets/props, clean mirrors, wipe down kitchen amenities if any, clean restrooms when inside suite.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
