Located on the second floor of a commercial building, the space features a high end trimmed space with 13 ft high ceilings, 12 ft floor to ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, air conditioned and west facing windows. The entire studio is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. Included in your booking are all the pictured major props plus a few tables. We have had product launch events, networking, seminars, shoots, classes, speakers, etc~! We encourage you to come check out the space before your desired booking date so ensure it is suitable for your needs. Cleaning Checklist Sweep floors, empty trash bins, wipe tables, disinfect high touch surfaces, tidy up studio/furniture, straighten pillows/blankets/props, clean mirrors, wipe down kitchen amenities if any, clean restrooms when inside suite.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
