The space itself is lovely. It has great natural light and the props, furniture, etc available are very helpful. The building manager was friendly and very easy to communicate with and made the check in/out process simple and easy. On the other hand, if you plan to record audio in your shoot, DO NOT book this space. We lost several hours of shoot time do to noise interruptions on our audio- constant noise from the alley below- trash trucks, semi trucks delivering, construction crews throwing scraps and pieces from the 3rd floor down to the dump truck for 2 hours. At one point, the welding and hammering noise was so bad we had to stop shooting and ask for the manager to have the construction below us stop. Great space for visuals only, but we wish we knew how bad it was going to be for audio.

This is the first time I booked 4th floor, but my 3rd time in the building. Spacious with some sofas, chairs and stools. They respond quick, they are very clean and flexible... Also it's affordable for a small gig.
