Our cute, cozy coffee shop in the downtown Los Angeles Fashion District makes a great production space. It has nice natural lighting. Lots of wood and plants, clean lines and is modern yet homey. There's limited seating inside, but a large outdoor patio space with wall bar seating, large picnic-style table and fun swing. Plenty of street and lot parking available nearby. Restrooms on premises. WIFI. Cool downtown LA vibe. Please note that our space is in a multi-unit complex. The restroom is shared with other units and maintained by the building.
