Our aim is to give you the event you want at a price you can afford. Birthdays, surprise parties, anniversaries, engagement parties, bachelorettes, book signings, launches and more – we offer expert assistance in organizing any event to your specifications and do our best to help make it memorable. The pictured space is the Bedouin Lounge or Atrium, which is comfortable for 50 to 60 people. You hold this area with a bar and gratuity guarantee that ranges from $500/20% to $2,000/20%, depending on the day you book, what time you start and how long you hold the room. Though you're welcome to run a tab, this isn't an amount you have to spend, just the minimum we'd expect to ring through the course of the night. There's a $100/hour room rental (charged through Peerspace), as well as a staffing fee that ranges between $100 and $250. Peerspace doesn't give a lot of flexibility in how you post rates, so please call for prices that would apply to your specific event. There is no kitchen, though you're welcome to bring in outside catering if you wish. Certain restrictions apply, so please ask when you book. If you choose to bring in food there is an additional $100-$200 cleaning fee. On weekends there's typically a four hour minimum, though exceptions can be made if the event ends before 10 p.m. IMPORTANT! We do not update the calendar on Peerspace as we list a lot of spaces. Please contact us for availability! VERY IMPORTANT! Valid photo ID is required for entry (not a photo or copy). This includes government, state or military ID, or passport.

Michaela S. booked a birthday party for 40 people
The space was very easy to book, the folks at Madame X very communicative, and the bar staff very nice. The event generally went off without a hitch! It felt private, but having access to the bar was amazing. A very fun space for a murder mystery party with many places for folks to chat. My only complaint is that the bar minimums are far too high for the amount of people that could comfortably fit in that space. Unless your guests are drinking to excess, anything under 40 isn't going to cut it.
