About the Space
Need a more private setting? come on in and rent our office by the hour. Get out of the house and into a proper room for a Zoom call, or one-on-one, or anything really that you could need in an office. We are all setup with wifi for you and your guests, and a kitchen with coffee, tea, & water. LOCATION The Lunken Airport and the Greater Cincinnati Airport are all about 15 to 20 minutes away, making any of them easily accessible from the building. Cincinnati offers a variety of great parks: The Alms Park, Eden Park, and the Great American Ballpark. Our Plaza itself offers several amenities on the second floor, including two ATM’s: a PNC Bank ATM and a US Bank ATM. Also on the second floor is a Subway, Starbucks, and a Bagel Stop. Through the skywalk, in the atrium, is Cafe 201. Another highlight of the building, is the beautiful fountain just outside of the building. PARKING Columbia Plaza Garage Daily Rates: $2.00 / 20 mins, $3.00 / 40 mins, $4.00 / hour, $5.00 / 1 hour 20 mins, $6.00 / 1 hour 40 mins, $7.00 / 2 hours, $8.00 / 3 hours, $9.00 / 4 hours, $10.00 / 5 hours, $11.00 / 7 hours, HOURS Open during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with professional receptionists to greet guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
