Our attractive, fully equipped conference rooms and business meeting rooms provide an ideal working environment. They include state-of-the-art equipment and capabilities plus free WIFI and free local and long-distance calls. And all our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff. LOCATION The Lunken Airport is all about 15 to 20 minutes away, making any of them easily accessible from the building. Cincinnati offers a variety of great parks: The Alms Park, Eden Park, and the Great American Ballpark. Our Plaza itself offers several amenities on the second floor, including two ATMs: a PNC Bank ATM and a US Bank ATM. Also on the second floor is a Subway, Starbucks, and a Bagel Stop. Through the skywalk, in the atrium, is a Cafe 201. Another highlight of the building is the beautiful fountain just outside of the building. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Wow what an incredible office space! Not only are the views stunning of the city but the staff there was top notch! They helped us out when we had some problems and then they went above and beyond to accommodate! Extremely happy with their customer service and if I ever need a rental space again I’ll be back here!
