GENERAL RULES: -Food is allowed on-premises, but we don't serve it. -Food must be prepared offsite. ABSOLUTELY NO COOKING ALLOWED IN OUR FACILITY! -Alcohol is allowed on the premises, but we don't serve it. No cash bars are allowed at our venue per Gwinnett County ordinance. Not even tips for a bartender are allowed at the venue. All money for alcohol must be exchanged prior to the event, and not at our facility. - Event liability insurance is a requirement of Peerspace and ours. You must purchase short-term liability insurance for your event if you don't have a policy you can use.. We have resources to help make it easy and affordable. -Smoking is permitted outside the facility only. -No fog machines are allowed. They set off the fire alarm! -Pets are allowed at our discretion. Please get in touch with us ahead of time. -Be mindful that setup and breakdown time should be included in your hourly/daily rental. Please be on time! Your booked time is for in the door to out the door. No time is allotted for setup or breakdown. -Please throw trash away in the assigned bins (two in the room, two in the lobby, and one in the kitchen) and take bags out to the dumpster on the side of the building. -Please turn off all lights when your rental is over. -PLEASE make sure the front door is closed and secured when you leave. DECORATIONS: -Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls to hang decorations. Any tape or other backing materials must be properly removed. We recommend painter's tape to hang decorations as it doesn't peel off our paint when removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. -If you use glitter or confetti at your event, please sweep it up using the provided broom and dustpan or our shop vac in the back hallway right outside the event room. IF WE HAVE TO CLEAN UP GLITTER/CONFETTI, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 CHARGE (FEE FOR PAINT/GLITTER ADDON), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT GUEST HAS PURCHASED THE "CLEANUP FOR LATE NIGHT PARTY" ADDON. CLEAN UP/DAMAGES: -Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate*, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. -Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please return any equipment you rent from us in the condition you received it in. -Guests not purchasing the "Cleanup for Late Night Party" addon are expected to put away all tables and chairs, take out all of their trash, put all of their trash in the small dumpster, and leave the facility reasonably clean. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE CLEANUP AND/OR GLITTER ADDON(S) BEING CHARGED.
