There is typically free street parking available on our block and guaranteed a few block radius. We have affordable parking lots for a fee within a two block radius. You're welcome to double park to load in, then park at any of the following: 110 Broadway Garage (108 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11249) NYC Parking Kent Garage Corporation (444 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211)

We don't have natural light, but we have dimmable lights that can be color controlled via an app, making for an easily customizable look.

Our space is completely soundproofed given it's used as a commercial recording studio, so perfect for video content production as well. We also offer audio recording and mixing services. Feel free to message us for more information!

Ground Floor

The entrance does not require a ramp, and the entire space is on the ground floor. Once everything is unloaded in our front lobby area, loading trucks do need to then secure street parking.

Our B room

Typically the control room, but if needed, we can discuss.

In our main room, we have 20 amp boxes every five feet on every wall.

- Tobacco smoke is prohibited in the main space. - Nothing can be attached to walls or ceiling. All gear must be free-standing. - We do not allow the use of fog, smoke or haze. - Lighting or gear must be kept at least 2 feet away from the walls - they are made of acoustic fabric and can be easily punctured. - Given we are a recording studio first, we ask that guests are mindful of our vintage & rare instruments, and if anything is requested to be moved, our tech will be on hand to do so. - No smoke or haze permitted. - Outside food and drink are allowed, we just ask not to have any in the live room. - Please refrain from staging, gathering, or filming outside. - Please plan on arriving at your scheduled arrival time - we can’t accommodate early arrivals - 10 minutes prior to booking start time is great. Earlier arrivals will be subject to additional charges. - For loading in and out: Our front, double doors can not both be propped open at the same time due to the need to maintain humidity and sound control. We recommend loading items in our front foyer area first, shutting the front door / opening the second door, then loading items into main studio area. - The control room is usually reserved for studio staff only. If you require it for filming purposes, we would be happy to discuss it - it will be an additional fee and has restrictions. Please contact us for more information.

- Please refrain from staging, gathering, or filming outside (we try to keep our location and activities private and aim to be respectful to our neighbors.) - Nothing can be attached to walls or ceiling. All gear must be free-standing. - Please make sure any lighting or gear is kept at least 2 feet away from the walls - they are made of acoustic fabric and can be easily punctured. - If you require studio gear moved for a particular shot, we have Bridge Studio staff on hand to assist so you can capture the orientation you need. Please do not try to move or use gear on your own without studio staff permission or assistance. - Filming in the control room is separate from general filming rentals - if your production requires it, please reach out to us for arrangements.
