Please note: 1) This property requires a 5 hour minimum for all bookings. 2) This historic property and it’s surrounding neighborhood is not suited for parties with loud music, DJs, and/or food trucks, etc. The unique draw of the Grand Pyramid Cottage property is in its unique, historic architecture, overall quality of its restoration, quality of space and light that its interior provides, and the thoroughness of design throughout the property. Every last corner of the property and it's outdoor sitting areas are designed and curated. With 11'-6" tall ceiling, oversized windows, with original, 115 year old float glass, carrara marble countertops, original hardwood floors, the house has a presence and charm not often seen in Phoenix. The home has 2 fire outdoor fireplaces and multiple outdoor sitting areas, professional landscape design and lighting throughout. The square-footage of the home itself is 2400sf, and is surrounded by 8,000sf of gardens and patios on a 10,000sf lot on a bustling historic neighborhood street. A few doors to the east are two restaurants, Welcome Diner and Gallo Blanco, and a wine, beer and plants hope called Buena Vista. Built in 1907 and tastefully remodeled in 2018, this home and garden has been seen in Apple's Genius Program footage, AleveX commercials, staring Charles Barkley and Max Homa, Zillow, Prairie Vodka and many other company advertisements, as well as multiple music videos. Fashion and lifestyle shoots are also frequently shot at the property. Given the 'Kaiserworks Scenes Approach' to its design, producers are often astounded at how many varied scenes they are able to draw out of this one property, ie: backyard hammock under shade tree, grass lawn with lush planted backdrop, grass lawn with city skyline, grass lawn with modern architectural backdrop (guesthouse), flagstone fire pit with balcony above, historic kitchen with view to trees through oversized window, historic front porch with view to streetscape, warm historic wood floor with red brick wall, wood floor with crisp white walls, marble floor with historic clawfoot tub, marble floor with modern soaking tub, historic living room scene, eclectic living room scene with modern furnishings + artwork, etc. Situated in the heart of Garfield Historic District, and in the heart of downtown Phoenix, this red brick 1907 Grand Pyramid Cottage is the oldest house of its kind in the southwest. Tall ceilings and large windows provide beautiful light throughout this beautiful designer-owned home. The home is a 15 minute walk the Convention Center/ball park/basket ball stadium, two light rail stations and much much more. Guests have access to the entire property, except for the design studio that is located on the second floor of the house - accessed via an external stair off the Sunset balcony, and a guesthouse located at the back of the property called KBOX.

We booked Christoph's space for a commercial shoot with a crew of 15 people. The space was beautiful and fit all of our needs! It's also in a great location, about a 5 minute walk from several hotels. Christoph was responsive and accommodating of all of our last-minute questions. Would definitely book the space again.

Very lovely space in the heart of the city.
Shelby P. booked an event for 25 people
This house was absolutely amazing. We hosted our wedding celebration here, and not only did the backyard gardens create the perfect backdrop, but each room of the house was thoughtfully curated to make for great entertaining space.
Laura W. booked a production for 2 people
Beautiful, well appointed space. Good and friendly communication with owner. Less natural light in kitchen, living room, and office in the afternoon, would recommend photographers bring in studio lighting for those spaces (good bright natural light from north facing windows in dining and front bedroom).

Mike F. booked a photoshoot for 5 people
This space was absolutely magical and Christoph was incredibly kind and accommodating. If we didn't photograph every square foot of this space (there are sooo many nooks and crannies), I'd love to shoot there again. Many thanks, Christoph, for your hospitality. 🙏
