This unique home's main draw is the overall quality of restoration, the quality of space and light it provides, and the thoroughness of design throughout the property - every last corner is designed and curated. With 11'-6" tall ceiling, oversized windows with original float glass, carrera marble countertops, original hardwood floors, the house has a presence not often seen in Phoenix. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace, or 20 person community table, or lounge in the grass. The square-footage of the house itself is 1450sf, but is surrounded by 8,000sf of gardens on a 10,000sf lot on a bustling historic neighborhood street, two doors west of two restaurants (Welcome Diner and Gallo Blanco), and a photo studio Blok Studio. Built in 1907 and remodeled in 2017, this home was used to film Apple Computer's Genius Program tutorial footage, and has been the backdrop for numerous video and photography shoots over the years. Most of the furnishings and artwork in the home are designed by local Phoenix artists, and most is for sale (the home is curated as a gallery) - if you see something you like, please inquire! Situated in the heart of Garfield Historic District, and in the heart of downtown Phoenix, this red brick 1907 Grand Pyramid Cottage is the oldest house of its kind in the southwest. Tall ceilings and large windows provide beautiful light throughout this beautiful designer-owned home. The home is a 15 minute walk the Convention Center/ball park/basket ball stadium, two light rail stations and much much more. Guests have access to the whole property, except for the design studio that is located on the second floor of the house - accessed via an external stair off the rear attic balcony, and except for the guest house that is located at the rear of the backyard. Things you can do while you are here: wander the gardens, bbq a feast, make coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner, hang out or have dinner in the backyard, make a fire in the outdoor fireplace, walk two doors east to Welcome Diner or Gallo Blanco - two very nice neighborhood restaurants.

We booked Christoph's space for a commercial shoot with a crew of 15 people. The space was beautiful and fit all of our needs! It's also in a great location, about a 5 minute walk from several hotels. Christoph was responsive and accommodating of all of our last-minute questions. Would definitely book the space again.

Very lovely space in the heart of the city.
Shelby P. booked an event for 25 people
This house was absolutely amazing. We hosted our wedding celebration here, and not only did the backyard gardens create the perfect backdrop, but each room of the house was thoughtfully curated to make for great entertaining space.
Laura W. booked a production for 2 people
Beautiful, well appointed space. Good and friendly communication with owner. Less natural light in kitchen, living room, and office in the afternoon, would recommend photographers bring in studio lighting for those spaces (good bright natural light from north facing windows in dining and front bedroom).

Wonderful space and wonderful host! We had a great shoot and the space was exactly what we needed.
Mike F. booked a photoshoot for 5 people
This space was absolutely magical and Christoph was incredibly kind and accommodating. If we didn't photograph every square foot of this space (there are sooo many nooks and crannies), I'd love to shoot there again. Many thanks, Christoph, for your hospitality. 🙏
