- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Private Conference Room/Production, sits up to 8 people. This Conference Room is perfect for filming. The room is private, with a Projector & screen, and a TV where you can plug in your laptop. There is also a large whiteboard. FREE onsite shared parking, restroom inside the main office. No catering available but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. AC and Heating. Smoke and pet free. If you need to use the large room with whites desks, I can combine the rate to $40.00 hr for both.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
