This is an intimate barn perfect for small parties, meetings, family gatherings, wine tasting, art shows. We have tables and chairs for up to 20 guests, a fun bathroom in a chicken coop, a fire pit, sunny patio, and easy access for catering. No kitchen but there is running water, BBQ, and outdoor gas burner. Events should be catered or potluck.

We had a wedding at Roger's property. The landscaping was beautiful & everyone enjoyed themselves. However, there are some things that people should read before booking weddings here. 1. The barn wasn’t clean: there was bird poop on tables and a dead mouse we had to dispose of ourselves. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. 2. The owners’ dog barked throughout our ceremony & Roger did nothing about it. 3. Roger cut off hard alcohol for our guests after dinner, which was never discussed with us. No one at our party was anywhere near rowdy or out of control. 4. If you plan to have a band or DJ, this is not the venue for you. Their neighbors complain about noise & we felt the anxiety about it all weekend. Our band couldn’t play louder than 70 decibels (the amount of noise a dishwasher makes) due to a previous issue with another wedding. 5. Please don’t plan to have an after-party here. This was something we were excited about but were forced to shut down after 45 min. Then Roger made us & our guests feel uncomfortable & unwelcomed for the rest of our stay. 6. The Airbnbs on the property had no windows screens and no curtain over the shower window. We had to duck when we were showering so no one saw us naked. If we had to do it all over, we would have chosen to host our wedding somewhere where we felt more comfortable, welcomed, and respected. We just wanted to let future couples know some of the realities we weren’t privy to prior to booking.

This was the perfect space for our daughters wedding! We hosted a small reception that was quaint and full of Sonoma country charm. The barn has so many unique features and our guests absolutely love being there to celebrate with us. Roger was very helpful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We have beautiful photos to fondly remember this special evening.

The barn is absolutely charming! We had ~20 friends/family for a wedding post-party and got numerous comments on how amazing the location is. The interior space has plenty of seating groups, tables for food setup, side counter for a bar. And how many barns have a chandelier? Everyone ate, drank, circulated, chatted, checked out the vinyl records and had a great time. Thank you, Roger!
