Brand new AC/heater that may be adjusted to accommodate your needs. We also recently added a faux subway tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and a custom-built portable kitchen island constructed of reclaimed wood and seats up to 12, coordinating stools also provided. And we have a range of folding tables and chairs as well that are available for usage with rentals.
