The building is over 115 years old with very high ceilings and old Seattle charm. Services & Amenities: Staff/Bartender is included in the price. Catering is encouraged. Ask for suggestions. Add a $50 cleaning/garbage/recycling fee if you are bringing catering and/or decorations. No glitter, confetti or smoke/fog machines allowed. Please, no tape on the floor. If you want to put something on the brick, we recommend 3M brand-type products. Better rates are before 10pm. You're always welcome to stay later if we open to the public, at no charge. Drink tickets available for purchase or we can start a group tab for you. Guests can also start their own tabs. Average drink price is $8-$12 21+ or accompanied minors with prior notice. You are welcome to bring your own DJ but have to use our sound system. DO NOT bring your own equipment without prior approval. You can also play your music through our sound system with Bluetooth or RCA inputs. Or send us your Spotify playlist. Inquire for the internal email address. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
