Rent our relaxing, intimate lounge space. It's perfect for parties, movie nights, cocktail receptions, dinners, and workshops. Anything that you can imagine. Our living room space is the perfect setting to get a small group socialising, hanging out, working and talking together. Its versatile while offering a gorgeous backdrop to your event. There’s an abundance of natural light, WIFI, bluetooth music system, as well as a kitchen area (though we don’t have cooking facilities on site beyond a toaster oven and microwave!). We have a private alley for the entrance to your event (which can also be styled). Our lounge is located in beautiful, downtown Fairfax in West Marin and one of the few options for private events. We can host a standing party of 40 and a sit down event of 15-20, but our floorplan is amenable to a range of events and sizes.
