We love our industrial chic vibe and think you will, too! The space is available for meetings, workshops, corporate events, presentations and film shoots. We are flexible and offer a variety of options for space depending on the number of people and type of space that you are looking for. We're also steps away from many nearby restaurants and amenities, including local favorites Burma Superstar, Bakesale Betty and The Alley. Sara and Flora were amazing hosts and the space was perfect! Visiting the site ahead of time was very helpful. We used this space for a work party (40-49 people, 5-10pm). We didn't move anything around, just added table cloths to the tables for easy setup/decoration/clean up (which is included in your time I used 30 mins to set up and take down). We had drinks on the kitchen island and food on the table next to it so people could walk around. We brought our own speakers, but played music which was great (they have speakers though). Restrooms were great, clean and All Gender (we appreciate the inclusivity). There may be people working upstairs but we barely knew they were there (and they receive an email about an event so I didn't feel bad about possibly disturbing them). We brought in food and drinks. Parking was no problem at all and Bart was really close. Our team had a great time. Easy to book and communicate with the host online. Thanks Sarah and Flora for all your help.

LOVED this space for our son's 1st birthday (sailor-themed) party -- needed a venue with about 3 days notice due to rain, and this worked out perfectly. The big conference room served as a play room for little ones, we had a huge banner hung from the top floor, the table layout was perfect for various seating arrangements, the kitchen was perfect, bathrooms clean, overall sleek space, and the owners (Sara) / host (Flora) were super chill and accommodating. 100% recommend and would book again. Loved it here. Thank you for making our special day perfect.

We rented this space last minute for our nonprofit holiday party after our original venue fell through, and it worked out amazingly! People loved the event space and the festive holiday decorations they put up. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and communicative. A great choice!

This space was lovely and the staff was quite attentive. We really appreciated the level of clear communication throughout the entire booking and set-up process and Paula was super helpful. The space worked well for our needs and we would certainly book this space again in the future.
