About the Space
Our mid-century split-level home in Alameda, California has an open floor plan with big windows for natural light and warm wood tones throughout. Remodeled to maintain it's mid-century style, and furnished with a combination of vintage Danish and modern industrial furniture. Includes unique handmade art and furniture and bold color accents throughout. The rental includes the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The backyard is also available for your use, but it is now mostly growing food and chickens. The bright backyard office studio space is available for an additional fee. Please message us to schedule an in-person site visit.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
