Located on Capitol Hill, the Washington Conference Room sits up to 8 people. The Washington Conference Room is the perfect place to host your next important meeting. Impress your clients and guests with our modern furniture configurations, which are setup to suit your needs. Each of our conference rooms are equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $6/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. Catering can also be ordered for an additional fee. We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Our professional staff is ready to help with any preparations for your event and will be on-site in case of any last-minute requests or needed assistance during your booking. Well above expectations. Great professional communication leading up to my meeting. When I was not able to attend because a winter storm grounded my flight, staff reached out to me before opening hours to help ensure my attendees were greeted, settled, fed, and a PolyCom was set up in the room and staffed dialed me in so that I could participate. Meeting participants all commented on "what a great space" this was for our offsite and how seamless the adaptation to my having to lead virtually went. Proximity to Union Station was a bonus for participants from out-of-town.
