Our beautiful sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, clubchairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, large island and bar stools Dinning table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on the upper deck of our parking structure. Ask us for additional information. We will add an additional $30 per hour security fee to all parties with a guest count over 40 people. This ensures the safety and well-being of your guests and our residents. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for events using confetti or excessive glitter as decor. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Guests are only allowed to access the Sky Lounge and cannot access any other parts of building. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The Spacious Sky Lounge is a beautiful modern space. The views are awesome and Lacey was very accommodating. One recommendation is to have a better way of getting guest up to the venue which is at the top of the building (penthouse). You are given one fob to gain access to the elevator, so someone from your group has to be assigned to go downstairs each time a guest arrives.
This booking - the process, the venue, the assistance was absolutely wonderful, beyond expectations!! We all “ahh’d” and “ooh’d” at how stunning this space, decor and THAT VIEW at my daughter’s 18th birthday and graduation party. We had 2 separate parties to accommodate all our guests and from the older crowd during the day to the youngins in the evening - this space was perfect! And The staff, in particular Lacey, was helpful, accommodating and always reachable, especially on the day of the event. She worked with all our different (some were out of the ordinary) request (before and during the event) and made it happen!!! Thank you a billion times! ♥️
AMMMMMAZING!!! I was not expecting it to be this overwhelming, but I was absolutely impressed and in awe of this venue. I hosted my daughters high school graduation party here, and it truly went beyond what I expected! I’m thankful to Christine who was super accommodating and helpful to all my needs. I’m truly thankful and grateful for her and Peerspace for making this event grand!!

The space is gorgeous but the staff was not as accommodating as I would have expected with the price. My initial booking was through someone that is no longer employed there and he gave top service. The day of my event was not the same caliber of service. Logistically this space can be challenging for bigger groups because it’s on a Penthouse level with access given only with a fob. Overall it’s a BEAUTIFUL space but if you’re looking for device to match the beauty find another venue.
I hosted my husband’s birthday celebration here, and I am so happy I did! The venue was absolutely spectacular. Our guests could not say enough about it, and I was repeatedly asked how I found the space since it was unlike any other venue many of our guests had ever experienced. The views were stunning, and the surrounding balconies allowed our guests to enjoy the evening air while taking photos with a beautiful city backdrop. I’m beyond pleased with everything the Sky Lounge had to offer -- the interior design was perfect and required no decorative enhancements. This venue was the perfect size space for our 45 guests, photographers, DJ and catering staff. The one thing I'd suggest is identifying someone to grant guests access to the Sky Lounge from the lobby in the event the concierge is unavailable. Other than that, I highly recommend!
