About the Space
Our beautiful sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, clubchairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, large island and bar stools Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. We offer guest parking in our parking garage via the Park Mobile App. Street parking is also available in the area. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Held my baby shower here and the space was amazing! It’s a very cute space, nice decor, and amazing view. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only gripe I have is that they need to replace or clean the area rugs which were noticeably soiled. I requested that they be removed prior to my event which didn’t happen but we removed them for the event on our own. Other than that I still highly recommend this space!

My husband and I had a joint birthday party and it was the perfect environment. It had a lounge vibe, which was the chill mode we wanted. It was enough space for a DJ, Bartender, welcome table, dessert table, catered food and guest to move around and dance. Monique was the concierge on duty and she was very pleasant to work with. The day of the event Sierra called just to check in and assured me that she was just a call away if I needed anything. You should hurry up and book.

Yes, yes, and yes! If you are thinking about renting this space, please do it! This is my first time using peerspace and I was skeptical, but I am so glad that I did. I stumbled upon the skylounge after plans fell through at another venue. I saw the skylounge online and immediately sent a message to Kevin. He responded within the hour. I was able to set up a time to visit and it looked exactly like the pictures. Any question I had, any clarification I needed, all of it was answered quickly and with care. The conceige staff was also amazing. I visited the location twice and they were willing to answer questions and assist and I didn't feel like a bother since I am not a resident. Parking was easy, taking things upstairs was easy, and even though one of the elevators was out of order it didn't cause a problem getting upstairs for guests. Jay was there during my event and he is one of the nicest people ever and was willing to help in any way possible. I am not someone who hosts events and Kevin and Kierah made this so easy. I had an evening event and multiple people asked how I found this location because it was so beautiful. Two are even considering renting for their event. The views are incredible, the photos from the party are gorgeous, and it was more than I envisioned for my husband's day. This space is amazing.

Beautiful place and location, pictures are nice but the place is breath taking in person! Host responded to my message very quickly. Jay the front desk concierge was excellent!! He was very helpful and answered every question I had and made sure my guest knew where they were going. I will definitely recommend this place and hope to book here again in the future!

We had a lovely wedding anniversary party at this event. It will not let you down. The non traditional layout and view are mesmerizing. The rental office and concierge staff is wonderful and helpful. Not much decoration is needed to dress this place up. I would recommend detailing the parking directions it for most folks. I would definitely book again. Worth every penny.
