About the Space
With only a 5min walk away from the A and C Utica subway stop, this is the perfect location for hosting birthday parties, pop-ups, art shows, fundraisers, book signings, etc. The space seats 12 comfortably and standing room holds 25-30. Windows and store fixtures provide great lighting with dimmable bulbs. This includes a beautiful bar top, work table, and small loveseat. All furniture can be rearranged to better accommodate your event needs.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

It was exactly what we were looking for!! We booked a kickoff fundraiser and everything worked out perfectly. The space was really nice and the host, Jamila was a pleasure to work with. She was able to accommodate our needs and was quick to respond to our questions. It was a successful event and we had a great time

Such a phenomenal space! We booked for a photoshoot and everything was so smooth. Jamila accommodated us last minute and was very quick to respond, communication with her was a breeze. The space is much nicer in person too. It was everything we hoped and more! Definitely will book again Xx

Truly a 5 star experience across the board with Brooklyn Tea. The space is perfect for any cafe setting and I can’t stress enough how accommodating and welcoming the staff was. The owner Jamila was a joy to work with and incredibly hospitable. Bonus: they offer excellent tea, coffee and food so you never have to leave the space and save time during your rental. We will now be regulars at Brooklyn tea :)

The first thing I want to say this place is amazing. Jamila was gracious, attentive and had magnetic energy.The vibes were immaculate. The staff was wonderful, they helped out with anything I needed. I’m very grateful for it.

My experience with Brooklyn Tea FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Jamila is the sweetest person and a wonderful host. She assisted us in every way possible and was very engaging. The space is clean, warm, and inviting. My guests loved the venue and enjoyed the tea that was provided for us. I found a new tea shop and Jamila has gained new customers!!!!!

This location was extremely accommodating and helped our crew out for a last minute booking. It was clean, spacious, and made great coffee & tea for our photoshoot crew. Would definitely book here again, they were very professional.
