About the Space PLEASE NOTE: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages received outside of business hours will be answered as soon as possible during our next business day. For confirmed bookings, a Studio Host will be available by phone beginning approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to assist with access or urgent booking-related questions. Chil Studios is a 3,000-square-foot photography and video production studio featuring a matte white stage, high ceilings, and natural light. The space is ideal for product photography, lifestyle shoots, corporate productions, interviews, video productions, and other creative projects. We are located in Atlanta's historic West End, approximately 5 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and the West End MARTA Station, within a warehouse-style loft complex. With more than 3,000 square feet of open space, Chil Studios provides a flexible environment for photography, video, film, and other creative productions. Important Booking Information SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS: Booking requests submitted less than 48 hours before the requested start time are subject to availability and may not be accepted. BOOKING BUFFER: We schedule a 30-minute buffer between consecutive bookings to allow our team time to reset and prepare the studio. This buffer is not included as additional guest access time. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to your booking through Peerspace. Requests to change the date or time of a confirmed booking must be submitted through Peerspace and are subject to studio availability and approval. When possible, we ask that guests submit rescheduling requests at least 48 hours before their scheduled booking. Approved booking changes must remain substantially similar in duration and scope to the original booking. Any changes to the booking price, date, time, or applicable add-ons will be processed through Peerspace. WHITE STAGE: The white stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted immediately before each booking. If your production requires a freshly painted stage, please contact us before booking. A fresh stage paint service may be available as an optional add-on through Peerspace. UPSTAIRS AREA: The upstairs area is NOT included in the studio rental and may not be accessed by guests or attendees. VEHICLES: Vehicles are not permitted inside the studio without prior written approval from Chil Studios. Productions requesting vehicle access must receive approval before the booking and may require a stage repainting/vehicle add-on due to tire marks or other impact to the studio floor. Any applicable charges will be disclosed and processed through Peerspace. No-Weapons Policy Chil Studios maintains a strict no-weapons policy within the studio and other areas under our control. Guests, attendees, vendors, and other individuals associated with a booking may not possess, display, or use firearms, explosives, knives intended or used as weapons, or other dangerous weapons while participating in a booking at Chil Studios, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Any individual who violates this policy may be required to leave the studio immediately. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all attendees and vendors associated with their booking are aware of and comply with this policy. Guests must also comply with any applicable property rules established by MET Atlanta and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
