Our studio is located in a complex that has a very large parking lot.

We have natural lighting that comes through the ceiling windows on our main stage which cannot be controlled. However, we have lots of natural lighting that comes through our glass garage doors which can be blocked with our black & white v-flats.

Most of the day, the studio is quiet. For complete silence, we can turn off our AC.

Ground Floor

We have a garage door that customers can park in front during the duration of their booking and unload their equipment.

Upstairs is only limited to internal staff

We have multiple outlets around the studio accessible for customers.

STAGE: The stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted before your booking. Please contact us to inquire about our fresh stage paint fee. SOUND: The studio is not soundproof. As a result, there may be some noise pollution. We recommend booking after office hours (after 5pm) and on the weekends to lessen noise disruptions. We also can turn off our AC/heating to make the studio quieter. If you plan to record live audio, please let us know as far as possible in advance so that we can limit the number of internal staff onsite during your booking. TIME: Your booking includes the time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at our studio at most 10 minutes before your booking start time, and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30-minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. Bookings that do not show up within the first hour of their rental time with no communication to the host are considered an automatic no-show and cancelation. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person per hour. NO SMOKING: Please note that we do not allow smoking inside or outside of our studio. If you would like to smoke for creative purposes only, please contact us for approval. *We reserve the right to quote a higher price based on the description of the project and the right to deny smoking of any kind in our studio. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and knives, even if they have a license to carry one. Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by our studio host. KEEP OUR STAGE CLEAN: We will provide shoe covers (“footies”) for guests to wear when on our stage. Our stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted before your booking. FOOD: Keep foods and liquids off of our stage and away from our equipment unless you need them for your production. You may use our half kitchen for eating and drinking instead. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF: Take your belongings, place your trash in the designated trash bins, and return all items to their original location before your booking ends. FURNITURE: You may move around select “prop” furniture only if you receive explicit permission from our studio host. You may not move permanent furniture (couches, computer chairs, tables) around for any reason. Any furniture depicted in our listing photos is not guaranteed to be present for your booking. Please reach out to us beforehand if you need specific items. DAMAGES: Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. RESCHEDULING: Guests may reschedule a booking 30 days in advance without a $50 fee. Any rescheduled bookings must be: 1. For substantially the same duration as the original booking 2. Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original start time. 3. Only rescheduled once. Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and they only apply for bookings over 2 hours. Any successive rescheduling attempts or failure to successfully reschedule a booking within the conditions above will result in a cancellation of the booking. VEHICLES: Vehicles are not permitted within the studio unless a Guest first: 1. Gets written approval from a studio manager prior to booking and 2.
